Shipping

Standard 'shipping'and packaging is £2.99 worldwide for smaller items, larger and heavier items will increase postage costs to £7.99 and exceptionally heavy or bulky items can cost up to £14.99 in postage - you will always be able to see the postage cost when you get to checkout before being asked for payment. For orders of £50 and more the postage/shipping is free. Please note this excludes exceptionally large and heavy items that require shipping outside the UK - all these items are marked accordingly with a note that we can provide a quote for shipping.

We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days but if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will advise you and get them for you as soon as possible, with the option to either request a substitute or partial refund. There is no extra delivery charge for this. For items that require shipping outside the UK please allow 14 - 21 days for delivery.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchases but, if not, return them within 7 days for a full refund. Please ensure that goods are returned to us unused and still in their original packing.

Secure Ordering and Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are not held by The-Pet-Centre.com or its subsidiaries and we cannot access them after an order has been placed. Online credit card transactions are processed by Paypal.com, an established credit card payment processor, on their secure servers.

We also use the services of AlertPay for USA / Worldwide credit card / debit card payments, in addition to Paypal.
